At Nifra Poultry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Refund Policy: We strive to provide you with the highest quality meats, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, initiate the refund process.

Returns: Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or do not meet your expectations. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to report the issue.

b. Provide detailed information about the problem, including photographs if applicable.

c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.

d. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them for damage or defects. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Conditions for Refunds and Returns:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Perishable items, such as fresh meats, must be returned promptly to ensure quality.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns for items that do not meet our standards for hygiene and safety.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the stage of fulfillment. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund. If the order is already in transit, a refund will be processed upon the return of the items.
